What do I do if my hearing aids keep falling out?
Try a different click sleeve size. After changing click sleeves, if they still fall out, then the retention wires may not be long enough. If you believe you need a longer receiver please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
How much does a hearing aid help with severe hearing loss?
Untreated hearing loss only gets worse the longer you wait, so any hearing aid is better than nothing. But the best device for severe hearing loss is a behind-the-ear (BTE) device that is medical-grade quality.
The great news is that the latest BTE hearing aids are now designed smaller than ever. They come packed with awesome features like the most accurate speech recognition technology, even in noisy environments, and acoustic-motion sensors that deliver crystal clear sounds. So even with severe hearing loss, you’ll be able to hear what’s most important to you no matter where you are.
Can I stream from my TV into my hearing aids?
Yes. With Signia 3X Charge & Go, you can use direct audio streaming from iOS (Apple) devices with the “made-for-iPhone (MFi) hearing aids” standard. Audio streaming from other mobile devices (Android smartphones, older Apple devices. PCs, laptops and other Bluetooth mobile devices) is possible via our StreamLine Mic accessory.
