I made adjustments on my hearing aids using the app but I hear no differences, what do I do?
To fix this we have to repair the app to ensure it’s properly connected to your hearing aids.
To re-Pair the app please do the following steps: Top left-hand corner -> Settings -> App Settings -> Setup the App. Be sure to listen for the Confirmation Tone (2 beeps/ear). For more help please reference the product user guide “How to reset app” section.
