Your questions answered

  • What do I do if I see no charging lights on my charger?
Verify that the charger is plugged in correctly. Watch our video on how to charge your devices.
  • What do I do if my hearing aids keep falling out?
Try a different click sleeve size. After changing click sleeves, if they still fall out, then the retention wires may not be long enough. If you believe you need a longer receiver please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
  • What do I do if my hearing aids don’t sound loud enough?
Check the wax filters to ensure they aren't stopped up.
  • Can I stream phone calls or music directly to my hearing aids?
Yes. With Signia 3X Charge & Go, you can use direct audio streaming from iOS (Apple) devices with the "made-for-iPhone (MFi) hearing aids" standard. Audio streaming from other mobile devices (Android smartphones, older Apple devices. PCs, laptops and other Bluetooth mobile devices) is possible via our StreamLine Mic accessory.
  • What if the device doesn’t fit my ear?
Your hearing aid will arrive with pre-installed size S (small) click sleeves. If those aren’t comfortable, try changing to one of the other three sizes provided (XS, M, L). Choose a smaller size if the hearing aid is pressing on your ear. Choose a larger size if the hearing aid feels loose or makes a whistling noise. Also, note that your left and right ear may be slightly different sizes, so feel free to use different size sleeves in each ear. To learn how to change the click sleeves, check the Product user guide.
  • How long does it take to fully charge?
A full charge takes 3-4 hours.
  • For which levels of hearing loss is Signia Charge & Go suitable?
Signia Charge & Go is suitable for all levels of hearing loss (mild, moderate, severe or profound).
  • What kind of control elements does the device offer?

  • What do I do if my hearing aids are damp or wet?
Place your hearing aids in Drying Jar.
  • What is the main advantage of lithium-ion battery compared to the other rechargeable solutions?
The Lithium-Ion battery is currently the best rechargeability solution in the market mainly with its:
    • Longer daily runtime
    • Longer overall lifetime
    • Shorter charging time (together with faster charging option)
    • Higher convenience for the hearing aid wearer
  • What do I do if my hearing aids are squealing?
Verify charger is plugged in correctly. Watch our video on how to charge your devices.
  • Can I stream from my TV into my hearing aids?
  • Is there a possibility of faster charge if I do not have time to wait for a full charge?
Yes. Only 30 minutes of charging allows you  up to 6 hours additional use.
  • Is the price shown for a pair or just one?

That price is for a pair.  These hearing aids are only sold as pairs.
